Suggestions for the update to houses and security

I think Minecraft should add a new block that’s hardly breakable or unbreakable for houses ( can be breakable during building but not after finishing ) , and make the house have a locked door that can only he opened with a key that the character is holding. Adding a locker is also good (like ender chest) but locker can be accessed by other people only if they know the password for the locker. Additionally, maybe after making a house you can put a name tag that it belongs to you and you can sell it for someone with any price and sell it for them.
