Make life easier for server developers

For the Bedrock Minecraft

1. Make full support for Hex, RGB, and Gradient colors

2. Make it so that custom heads in Bedrock are the same as in Java, but when using a Geyser head in Java with a custom Value, Bedrock players do not see it

3. Make full support for UTF-8 icons as in the Java version

4. In general, it's worth making it possible to hold any item in your hand. If you don't want to add this feature, at least consider allowing it for server developers.

For Java Minecraft

1. The ability to create glass panels of any (RGB) color, similar to leather armor for server developers
