New biome: Terracotta Plains

the terracotta plain looks lots like a normal planes biome but it has small hills that expose layers of terracotta, the trees in this biome are spruce and the grass is the same color as the normal plains biome. Mobs that spawn here: Sheep, Cows, Pigs, Chickens, and Horses. The temperature here is the same as the normal plains.
