Balance adjustment for End Crystals in PvP

Hi Mojang team! I think End Crystals are currently too overpowered in player-to-player combat. "Crystal PvP" has become so dominant that it ruins the variety of combat. A single explosion can instantly kill a player even with full netherite armor. ​I suggest reducing the explosion damage against players in the Overworld to make combat more balanced and fun for everyone. (｡•ㅅ•｡)♡
