chorus potion and ender dust

A chorus potion is a potion that is brewed with potions of swiftness and ender dust (which can be crafted with 9 chorus fruit making 1 ender dust) and makes the player able to teleport to any block within 5 blocks they long-left click for 20 seconds

    Use an ender pearl for teleporting. Being able to teleport around would only make the current toxic state of PvP so much worse.
