Adding a gramophone to Minecraft

Can you please add a gramophone that plays music to minecraft?

    The gramophone could be made similarly to a hopper, but sideways and made out of gold or copper. A goat horn could go where the chest normally would

    It could also be made out of sculk materials or have some connection to them, like being able to connect to them.

    Gramophones should be entities that, when placed on a jukebox, turn and face players, amplifying the volume. This is so you can hear the music at your base no matter where you are
