Official telekinesis add on

So, I was thinking when I was building one of my worlds, because my world is based on a specific show, it would be pretty cool to have telekinesis, to just like, move blocks and other players around, without actually having to carry them, but I dont know how to use commands, so I think an add on where you can use telekinesis at will would be awesome, PLEASE HEAR ME OUT.
