🎮A Small Update to Impove Player Experience🎮

Suggestions that may improve experience or just make the game better, but still be at player's choice so we customize them to make it more enjoyable for ourselves.

First of all: Add a vibrant visuals version for low end devices OR stop greying it out and let us choose if we want a good graphic at the cost to be laggy.

Secondly: Add a option in world creation or gamerule command to make us able to use golden dandelions on mobs we normally cant.

Thirdly: Be open to the community about bugs to help themselves to find and correct more.

Fourth: Bring back that minecart speed gamerule command.

Fifth: Add something to view fps without being on beta or having to use F3/Fn+F3, something like the view days played and view coodinaes things.
