Add growing and shrinking potions.

You could just use the one from the April Fool's snapshot. Where they enlarged or shrank the player by half.
 
It would be really cool to use potions like these on servers. Especially, it would add a lot of minigames to servers with friends.
 
Let's say they could be brewed in a cauldron by mixing several potions at once.
  • Growing = Strength Potion + Slow Potion
  • Shrinking = Weakness Potion + Speed ​​Potion
