Add the ability to insert a string inside a slab or hook

String isn't used very often in Minecraft because it's too noticeable due to the holes in the walls. I'd like to see it made less noticeable.

I'd also like to be able to place string into a block that already has a hook, and have it react to the player. This would allow for tunnels as small as 2 blocks wide.

So that they could be placed directly under or above the trapdoor and they would open it.
