New banner types. Strength effect when wearing a banner on your head

I'm not talking about the patterns, but rather the banner shapes themselves. For example, you could change their shape on the artist's table.
 
It would also be nice if banners could be worn on your head, so everyone would know which faction you belong to.
 
Also, wearing a banner on your head grants a strength effect to all players (with the same banners on their shields) and friendly mobs within range.
 
For pillagers, their banner could conversely grant a buff to all evil mobs.
