Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Add portal blocks to other dimensions. Teleport to coordinates

I propose adding portal blocks, something unobtainable in Survival. They would look like three different things:
1. Like a portal to the nether, with a fence model so portals can be placed at an angle.
2. Like a portal to the end, with a horizontal model, the height of water.
3. Like a portal to the far end, like a block.
 
These blocks could be given the required texture, teleportation speed (immediately like a portal to the end or with a delay like a portal to the nether), and the teleportation destination (specify the desired coordinates, like a portal to the far end, or specify another dimension, like portals to the end and nether).
 
This would be a huge help for mapmakers and server creators, or players who have installed a bunch of mods for other dimensions and don't know how to open their portals, or what dimensions even exist.
