Silver Ore/Blocks/Items

As many people say, adding Silver Ore into the game, but making it a variant of copper and having it with a lot of different uses:
Silver comes in tiers like Copper, where interacting/walking on it makes it go from base to Blemished, then Scratched, then Tarnished. It also can be used for armour and tools, having the same durability as Copper and same stats, just to be a cosmetic difference in that regard.

It tweaks the Daylight Detector recipe to include Silver, and it also is the introduction of water pipes/pumps, since a lot of people wanted that for copper but didn't get it.
