Spectator Mode

For a while now, I have found it very annoying that when a player is in "spectator" mode, their name highlights in light gray, italic, letters. For a vanilla staff team who's spectating a player, this is so obvious if that player presses tab and can see that a admin is spectating. I believe this needs to be a toggle on servers and needs to be addressed/fixed. Because as a normal player hacking and seeing a admin spectating, it'd be so easy to start "behaving" normally. This should be an easy thing to address also... please please please Mojang do something about this.
