We welcome feedback about menus, toggles on menus, buttons on menus, input devices (like touch controls and keyboards), and Minecraft’s interface. How do you play? What would make it better?

This is happening to me too! Has anyone been able to find a work around or is this just a glitch in the new update?

Same. 7th gen (edit: iPad) here (not the best I know, but this is a second hand pad), tried the same things, plus device accessibility for text size to see if that did something (it did not)

same here. I have a samsung tablet and after updating the game to 26.0 everything (menu, dressing room, settings, hotbar, health bar, hunger bar and so on) seems smaller now. I turned Extra Large New UI on and nothing changed, the GUI modifier can be changed to either -1 or 0 and the game looks so ugly now

    Same here.
The GUI scale modifier is not even showing any values beyond zero and the extra large UI toggle is not working.
The new default UI is too small for MCPE users.
    Please fix this ASAP Mojang.

Same issue here, iPad Pro 5th generation, OS and Minecraft fully up to date. UI is spontaneously tiny and difficult to play, much less enjoy. Please advise when fix is planned or available.

I wish dev teams knew not everything needs to be changed.. the inventory UI and like everything else is so small and uncomfortable, makes the game so unenjoyable, this is why people I know have taken such long breaks from the game

    Hello Minecraft Team,
I would like to provide feedback regarding the new GUI introduced in version 26.0. On mobile devices such as phones and tablets, the interface does not scale properly. The icons are noticeably smaller than before, which makes touch controls difficult to use and negatively affects gameplay.
Many mobile players are experiencing similar issues, including misclicks, eye strain, and reduced comfort during play. The current UI feels better suited for PC rather than touch-based devices.
I kindly suggest improving UI scaling for mobile or providing an option to return to the previous interface.
Thank you for your time and consideration.

Updated to the supposed Minecraft 26.1 fix and the problem persists. iPad Pro, 5th Gen, OS 26.3

Tried a full reboot and the GUI bug is not fixed.
