Snow and icy climates are a bit more interesting

I'd like to, and I think all players would like, something similar.
In Minecraft, biomes don't really affect gameplay.
 I'd like us to move slower in snowy biomes, and for the creatures to be slower too, but not as slow as in Soul Sands.
 I'd like to see the camera move slowly, as if you're struggling to keep your feet on the ground.
 If you don't have armor or a torch, you'd freeze. I just want that to add more dynamism to the game.
 It's really strange that in the snow, it's just like any other normal biome. That's all, thanks.
