removing one enchantment

We've all had it. you're fishing, and suddenly you catch an enchanting book. you race to see what it is. when you find it in your inventory, it has the enchantments "frost walker" and "sharpness 2". its unusable. this idea adds removing only one enchantment from an item. it could be any item, like a book, or a sword or armor, or anything else. just think about it mojang.
