For example, when items or books are placed on a stacked bookshelf or shelf, hovering over the item displays its quantity (excluding non-stackable items).
This simply makes it difficult to determine the number of items on the shelf.
If it's an enchantment book or an item with a custom name, its name will also display on hover (like the item's frame).
If an enchantment book contains multiple enchantments or the item has a description, these will also be displayed.
If items are enchanted, their enchantments are displayed (if a name and description are present, the enchantments are displayed after them).
Why not add enchantments to the item in hand (like in the Bedrock edition)?
