Endermen can steal blocks you're hiding under.

Why not give Endermen the ability to steal blocks the player is hiding under, or blocks that are too tall to reach the player?
 
They don't necessarily have to steal all the blocks at once, but one at a time, just to scare the player. (And if someone aggroes a bunch of Endermen, they might regret it, because they'll steal everything.)
