Endermen and shulkers don't sit in boats and minecarts.

I don't like how such difficult mobs are so easy to defeat or transport.
 
I'm considering making it so they teleport out of boats and minecarts, not immediately, but when they're hit. This way, they can be transported for collections, but you can't use a boat to harvest them.
