Milk can be obtained from cows, goats, sheep, and llamas. However, after milking, the animal cannot be milked again until it eats grass. You can also get 3 vials instead of 1 bucket (for those who don't have iron but have glass).
Milk can be collected in a bottle, allowing you to stack them like honey, up to 16 at a time.
A bottle of milk and a bottle of honey can be combined to create a bottle of milk and honey, which will only remove the most recently applied buff.
A bottle of water can also be stacked up to 16 at a time.
Milk in a bottle doesn't completely remove the buff, but only reduces its duration by a few seconds. However, it can be turned into a splash bottle, which can be thrown at friends, removing buffs from them. They can stack up to a maximum of 16.
Milk can be poured into a cauldron, and when a player with the effect steps into it, the effect is removed and the milk is consumed.
Pouring a bottle of milk and a bottle of honey into a cauldron produces two bottles of milk and honey.
Milk in the cauldron turns into cheese. Take the cheese mechanic from the April Fools' Day update 23w13a_or_b.
Cheese can mature over time, changing in the same way as copper blocks.
