Potion Brewing Updates

Potions should be stackable up to 16 like with honey bottles

Turtle scutes should be used for turtle master rather than turtle helmets (that or make turtle helmets stackable)

Wither roses should be used to brew Potions of Decay

Echo Shards should be used to brew Potions of Blindness

Rotten Flesh for Potions of Hunger

When affected by Wind Charging you should be able to double jump

These are just a few suggestions, more expansive brewing and more potions options are always great!
