rework the mechanics of doors, gates, and trapdoors

Wooden doors, trapdoors, and gates can be opened by all players, villagers, piglins, and copper golems.
 
Copper doors, trapdoors, and gates can only be opened when they have a redstone signal. Players, villagers, piglins, and copper golems can open them.
 
Iron doors, trapdoors, and gates can only be opened with a redstone signal (except in Creative Mode).
