World Border

Since reaching world border in Minecraft survival is much easier than it was during Minecraft beta 1.7.3 There would be 2 options

A: Expand world border to 32 000 000 Blocks from spawn

B: Fix bugs on high distances over 30 000 000 blocks from spawn and expand world border to
2 147 483 647 Blocks from the world center
