I personally would also love a redstone villagers. Don't know if that clashes with Minecraft lore but I think it would be neat to trade for redstone blocks, observers and pistons.

Those get very tedious to craft. And as far as I know the only way to get infinite redstone is by trading with a Cleric (super slowwww) or by making a witch farm (very complex).
