When an Evoker dies, there's an 90% chance they'll use their totem. Upon death, they won't drop anything.
Remove evoker spawn if there is not enough space around to summon
During a raid, even if there's no evoker, vexes will be summoned. This prevents players from standing hidden in an afk state.
