New Enchantment

I think it would be cool if there was like an enchantment for shovels or pickaxes where if you need to remove a lot of for example sand or stone but you don't wanna deal with having tons of stacks of that block after, you can make a new enchantment that makes it so whatever you break doesn't drop anything at all.
