fix nether portals on bedrock edition

Bedrock edition nether portals have got to be the dumbest things in the history of minecraft. I find a deep dark, create a portal to it, and then go through to the nether and it somehow has linked to my base portal which is over 2000 blocks away. Then I forcibly make the portable through the nether manually, beacuse for some reason the game didn't feel like doing that, but then the new portal that I just made links to my base. BALRIGHT!
