Make weather not affect people with photosensitivity as much

Have an accessibility feature where if it is raining instead of showing rain on screen a water droplet would be in the top right corner of the screen, then if it was a thunderstorm it be a water droplet plus a thunderbolt symbol. This would benefit people with all different types of photosensitivity enjoy the game more without it affecting their health.

  I see that also when I look up! And I don't know why Mojang did that.
