Sea Glass

I've recently found myself contending with masses of Prismarine Crystals from my Guardian farm, which has lead me to consider potential additional uses. This is my first idea. Crafted from one Glass and 8 Crystals, which yields 2 blocks. The mechanic is similar to Tinted Glass: looking through has the appearance of standard Water, albeit without the shimmer and current effects. The tints would change based on the biome it is placed; in the Nether it becomes opaque like Ice.
