Echo Conduit – End-Game Block to Suppress Hostile Mob Spawning
I suggest adding a new end-game block called Echo Conduit, similar to a Beacon or Conduit.
This block would create an area within a certain radius where hostile mobs do not spawn, or they gradually despawn or take damage while inside. Players could use it to protect bases, secure villages, build farms, and improve survival gameplay.
Balance and Restrictions
To avoid abuse, the block should not work in special or challenge-based structures, such as Trial Chambers, Ancient Cities, or similar areas. Key hostile entities like the Warden, the Wither, and Raiders should still spawn inside the radius to preserve core challenges and boss fights.
Obtaining the Block
The Echo Conduit should be crafted from rare components obtained in dangerous locations, for example:
• one part from Trial Chambers,
• one part from Warden/Ancient City areas,
• one part from Bastions,
• one part from a structure in the End.
This encourages exploration across all dimensions and makes the block valuable and balanced, rather than overpowered.
