Placing boats on ice with a dispenser / anywhere

Allowing dispensers to place boats directly onto ice blocks (packed ice or blue ice) in all dimensions would enable fully automated deployment of boats for fast travel systems and simplfy both creation and maintenance. This would also help technical builders make more consistent long‑distance transport with rails and ice boats without manual placement every time or bringing them from the overworld

Why this matters:

• It removes the current limitation where the Nether’s lack of water makes automatic boat placement impossible.

• Could spark new types of technical builds and metro designs across multiplayer servers and survival worlds.
