Enchanting Table Reroll Using Lapis Lazuli

Lapis Lazuli currently has few uses and enchanting is in desperate need of an upgrade. Frequently you only get a couple of options in the enchantment table and you can only see the first one. If you want to enchant a bow and do not want any of the options, you have to select one of them before it refreshes the enchantments. Give Lapis Lazuli another use by giving the ability to reroll or reset the available enchantments using one XP level and one piece of lapis.
