Protection should be compatible with 1 other type of Protection

Currently in Survival Minecraft, Protection is so remarkably dominant over the other types of Protection that no one ever has a reason to use Blast Protection, Fire Protection, or Projectile Protection. However, one way to fix this so that the three enchantments are useful is to make it so Protection and one of the 3 side Protections can be applied to the same piece of armor. This could allow for a lot of player choice, such as Protection and Fire Protection for the Nether, or Protection and Projectile Protection when in the Trial Chambers fighting skeletons, or Blast Protection in the End when destroying the crystals. This could finally make these enchantments more useful while still allowing for a good selection of choice.
