After version 1.21.120, mouse camera movement on Windows Bedrock Edition is no longer smooth.
When moving the mouse, the camera often snaps or teleports instead of rotating smoothly. This happens even during slow and normal mouse movement, not only during fast flicks. The rotation feels stepped rather than continuous.
The issue affects both X (left/right) and Y (up/down) axis. In some cases, horizontal and vertical movement appear separated, causing the camera to jump instead of moving diagonally.
This problem occurs in both singleplayer and multiplayer worlds. It happens regardless of FPS stability, mouse sensitivity, DPI, or mouse brand. Even with stable frame rates, the issue remains noticeable.
This behavior did not occur before version 1.21.120. Earlier UWP-based versions had smooth mouse camera input. The issue started immediately after the migration to the GDK-based client.
The problem can be more noticeable when other applications are running in the background, but it can still occur when no other apps are open.
This significantly affects mouse and keyboard gameplay on PC and reduces input precision compared to previous versions. This appears to be a regression related to Windows GDK input handling.
