Online Chat Translations

It may be hard to code but it would be really cool if when you're playing a server or LAN world and somebody speaks a different language the chat message gets translated into the language in the languages tab in settings! An additional feature could be if you hover your mouse/tap and hold over the message to see the original text, kind of like how in advancement messages you can hover over it and get more detain on it!
