Make tadpoles compatible with the golden dandelion

And clicking on a frog with the frog spawn egg should spawn tadpoles

    very good idea baby zombies should spawn when you right click an adult zombie with a spawn egg.

    I think the golden dandelion should work on all mobs that can age. I don't see why any should be excluded.
