Make trusted skins disabled by default

On bedrock there is a setting for trusted skins and it's enabled by default which means most people won't be able to see your character if it is even slightly smaller or missing some pixels and doesn't give much of an advantage so I think it should be disabled by default so if I buy any skin anyone can see it and if they are bothered by it they can enable it manually
