Have it so we can play even when our friends are offline

So me and about 6 of my friends have a minecraft game that we all play on but it is one of my friends world and if he is not on we can’t play it But we can’t afford the realms and it is to hard working out the prices so that is a no go Can you consider making bedrock on ps when you turn someone an operator they can have all permissions and you can enable a setting like on Lego Fortnite you can give them a key and as long as someone that has been given a key you without a key can also go on to
