I suggest adding a new type of tree — the Coconut Palm — to sandy beach biomes to make them more realistic and useful for survival.
1. Coconut Palm (New Tree):
Appearance: A tall, leaning trunk made of "Palm Wood" with large green fronds (leaves) at the very top.
Growth: They grow specifically on sand blocks near water (oceans or large lakes).
Palm Wood: A new wood type with a light-tan texture, perfect for building tropical huts or piers.
2. Coconuts (New Food & Mechanic):
Harvesting: Coconuts grow in clusters under the palm leaves. They can be knocked down with a projectile or by breaking the leaves.
Stages:
Green Coconut: Gives "Coconut Water" when used with a glass bottle (restores hydration/hunger and removes some negative effects).
Brown (Ripe) Coconut: Can be broken to get "Coconut Slices" for food or "Coconut Shells."
New Item — Coconut Shell: Can be used as a natural bowl for soups or as a decorative item.
3. Gameplay Mechanics:
Falling Coconuts: If a player stands directly under a ripe palm for too long, there is a small chance a coconut might fall and deal 1 heart of damage (similar to an anvil but much weaker).
Planting: You can plant a whole brown coconut on sand to grow a new palm tree.
Why add this?
Currently, beaches are very empty. Adding Coconut Palms provides a unique wood type, a new food source, and makes tropical biomes feel alive and authentic to the real world.
