New Biome: Golden Highlands and Autumn Woods

A high-altitude biome with permanent orange and yellow foliage. It includes "Abandoned Windmills," structures containing new seed types and a functional "Millstone" block for advanced food processing. The biome is home to the "Grove Deer," a shy mob that drops "Antlers" when fed golden apples, which can be used to craft Potions of Agility.
