Proposal for new enchantments

The Blazing Book:
Gives the player the ability to launch a fireball every 5 minutes. Found only in Nether Fortresses. (30% chance of finding it)

The Ancient Book:
Gives the player the ability to launch propulsion beams every 15 minutes. Found only in Ancient Cities. (2% chance of finding it)

The Baked Book:
Gives the player the ability to launch wind charges (1 to 3) every 5 minutes. Found only in Trials Chambers (50% chance of finding)

The Plains Book:
Gives the player the ability to breed all mobs within a 20-block radius every 10 minutes. This book can be traded for 40 emeralds to a librarian (10% chance of finding it). The librarian must be Expert level to have a chance of trading it.
The Ancient Book:
Gives the player the ability to regain health by killing a mob or other player. Found only in archaeological sites (1% chance of finding it).
Finally, here are a few ideas.

Massive Destruction (levels 1-3): Creates a mini-explosion. This enchantment is only for maces.

Rapid Strike (levels 1-3): The weapon attacks faster depending on the enchantment level. This enchantment is for axes and swords.

Orific (only one level): The tool will yield a gold ingot when breaking a certain number of blocks. This enchantment is only for pickaxes.

Swiftness of the Skies (levels 1-2): The player will move faster in elytra depending on the enchantment level.

Anti-Blind (levels 1-3): The tool will deal more damage to a shield. This enchantment is only for axes.
