Simplified eye of ender

When holding an eye of ender, it creates a 3D glowing arrow pointing to the stronghold. The eye of ender can no longer be thrown. This would make it much easier for new players to use it. They hold it in their hand and it guides them immediately. Using it (i.e. with the old throw button) could make the arrow pulse to a larger size for a second. This would also make it so speedrunners don't have to use calculators or argue over how to use their eyes.
