I propose adding Parsnips as a high-durability food source for cold biomes.

Growth Features: Parsnips should grow underground and remain harvestable even if the temperature drops, making it the perfect winter crop.

Logistic Value: It has a high nutrition-to-volume ratio, making it efficient for transporting across long distances in minecarts.

Recipe utility: A core ingredient for heavy soups. It should restore hearts directly in systems inspired by the classic Alpha versions.
