4 DROPS = 1 BIG UPDATE

to return to the updates system but instead of waiting a year for the whole update, its divided in four drops that focus on different topics of the big update.

for example: if its a deep ocean update, the first drop of the year focus on a deep ocean biome with new blocks and features, the second will focus on a structure that you can find there and its loot, the third one focus on the mobs you can find there and a boss, and finally the fourth focus on adding little details or maps to find the deep ocean structure.

in this example, the drops system maintains but they are focused on one big update. this system upgrades much better a feature in minecraft without having to wait a whole year to test it (snapshots arent the same) and also it highlights the priorities of the update to dedicate them the enough time.
