Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Corn: A Tall Crop for Farming and Decorations

 

I suggest adding Corn to Minecraft as a new high-yield, tall crop.

Key Features:

Growth Height: Corn grows up to 2 or 3 blocks tall. This makes cornfields unique and allows players to create realistic farm landscapes and mazes.

Harvesting: Harvesting the top part of the stalk gives you Corn Cobs, while the bottom stays for replanting or can be fully harvested for Corn Seeds.

Usage:

Roasted Corn: Can be cooked in a furnace or on a campfire.

Popcorn: A fun light snack made by smelting corn seeds.

Animal Feed: Corn can be used to breed chickens and cows more efficiently.

Biofuel: Corn could be used in a Composter with a 100% success rate or as a component for a new type of organic fuel.

This crop would be the first truly "tall" grain in the game, providing both food and great decoration options for builders
