Replacing mob models and item textures by renaming without using Optifine.

I think it's high time to take some features from the Optifine mod, such as the ability to change an item's texture by renaming it, and changing mob models. Resource pack users should avoid downloading Optifine for texture packs that change the textures of enchanted books, swords, and armor, or those that change the model, like the "Humanoid Bee Model" resource pack (don't ask why).
