b(h) = (2h + L)(2h + W) where h ∈ ℕ | h ≥ 0; L ∈ ℕ | L > 0; W ∈ ℕ | W > 0.

b = Σb(h) − β from h = 0 to m where m ∈ ℕ | m > 0, and β ∈ ℕ | 0 ≤ β < LW.
