Add a biome based off of New Zealand

Hear me out: A large island biome, based off of New Zealand, maybe adding kiwis and large walking birds, dense, untouched, and unique, new forest types! New, somewhat extreme terrain generation (large winding rivers and tall mountains), more new mobs, maybe even some (very scarce) small, cabin structures. I feel like the community would heavily enjoy something new like this!
