Prismarine Chest (shared chest inventory)

Crafting

It would be crafted with a chest surounded by prismarine shards in the crafting table

Its use

It would share the same inventory space in every prismarine chest in the world publicly unlike its ender chest counter part which is private (cannot use hoppers tho).

Situational use

For exemple, exploring player1 runs out of food, he has a prismarine chest tho. Player1 asks in the chat if player2 (which is at the base) answers "no problem" the player2 puts food in the prismarine chest that is in his base. Player1 places a prismarine chest, opens it and sees that there's food in it and takes it. Player1 thanks player2.

Why a prismarine chest specifically?

Lorewise it would fit plus this idea was inspired by one of the upgrades used in Minecraft Legends, involving prismarine chests.
